As we said before in our previous announcement, AcidBottle is certainly no stranger to creating quality releases for the Amiga, the Arcade to Commodore Amiga game of Breakthru and Wonder Boy are just two of the ones that stand out on IndieRetroNews. Well here are with another AcidBottle news story! As thanks to a good friend letting us know earlier today, we’ve been told that he has released the unofficial sequel of Fast Food Dizzy 2. To coincide with this news, we’ve got some footage of the game as well as an in-depth description.
Here’s the latest from the website. “Fast Food 2 Amiga created using the Scorpion Engine is based on the original Fast Food , originally created by the Oliver Twins for CodeMasters in 1989. You play as Dizzy, fresh from his latest adventures. Now he is feeling particularly hungry and has the task of chasing down and scoffing as many pizza, burgers and fizzy drinks as he can. As you progress, avoid the slimes that will often chase you around, some are faster than others!”
- 25 levels of mayhem, split into 5 zones.
- 3 difficulty levels.
- Multiple audio tracks.
- High scores.
Dev Notes : *please note, while the game itself is complete, audio is a work in progress. A final version of the game will be released in the very near future! On extremely rare occasions, you can break the restart after losing a life, if a powerup is hit immediately after. Please report any issues you find. I cannot test the game on every single setup but please let me know what machine you have when reporting bugs.
